Additional Features
We may, from time to time, offer additional features, content, access, in-game items, or benefits (“Additional Features”) to holders of PORTAL POINT NFTs. These may be made available via our ecosystem, including through the Telegram mini-app @portalpointbot/game, as part of the interactive gameplay experience.
While we reserve the right to introduce such Additional Features, we are under no obligation to do so, and you should not expect or rely on any such features when acquiring a PORTAL POINT NFT. Any Additional Features may be subject to separate terms and conditions, which will be made available to you at the time of access.
This License gives us the freedom to expand what your PORTAL POINT NFT can do — but it doesn’t require us to do so.
GRABBER-Keys and World Access
As part of the PORTAL POINT ecosystem, we may issue and recognize special GRABBER Keys — a distinct type of in-game NFT — which may grant access to specific virtual worlds, experiences, features, or world-linked NFT resources (“World Assets”).
These GRABBER Keys may include, but are not limited to:
- RUSTY Keys (e.g., access to abandoned or legacy realms)
- LYUMY Keys (e.g., gateways to luminous or advanced energy-based worlds)
- Other future key types unlocking thematic areas, drop zones, or time-limited events
Access to these experiences, along with any benefits tied to them, is provided through a separate loyalty and engagement program, which may be offered periodically to qualifying users, and may include interactions through @portalpointbot/game, special events, or community participation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program (including eligibility requirements, key functionality, or access rights) at any time without prior notice.
Ownership of a GRABBER Key does not guarantee permanent or ongoing access to any particular game feature, NFT resource, or world. Any rights associated with GRABBER Keys are non-transferable unless otherwise specified, and may be subject to additional terms presented at the time of issue or activation.
Updates to this License
We may revise or update this License at any time. In the event of material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, for example, by posting a clear notice on our website or within the game interface.
However, you are solely responsible for reviewing this License periodically to stay informed. Your continued use of the PORTAL POINT NFTs or NFT Art after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised License.
Termination
If you violate any of the terms of this License, all rights granted to you will automatically terminate. Upon termination, you must immediately stop any marketing, distribution, or sale of goods, services, or media containing any PORTAL POINT NFT Art, and cease all further use of the NFT Art.
Any provisions which by their nature are intended to survive termination, including but not limited to disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity obligations, will remain in full force and effect.
Termination does not limit any other legal remedies available to Pointgrow.
Miscellaneous
If any part of this License is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall remain valid and enforceable.
This License and the rights granted herein may be freely assigned by Pointgrow. You may not assign or transfer this License without prior written consent from us. Any unauthorized assignment will be null and void.
No waiver of any breach or failure under this License shall be deemed a waiver of any previous or future breach.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to agree to this License.
This License shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law principles. The proper venue for any disputes shall be the state and federal courts in Los Angeles, California.
EACH PARTY HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY in any legal proceeding relating to this License.
You and Pointgrow agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to the interpretation of this License.
