Between the PORTAL POINT Project and Telegram Mini-Apps
1. Purpose of the Offer
This offer outlines the terms for a strategic collaboration between Telegram-based mini-apps (hereinafter referred to as “Partners”) and the PORTAL POINT collection, a gamified NFT ecosystem operating within the TON blockchain. The collaboration aims to:
- Increase visibility of the PORTAL POINT collection.
- Create new user acquisition channels.
- Provide an economic incentive for partner mini-app developers.
- Enable traceable, transparent TON-based revenue sharing via technical API integration.
2. Description of the Collaboration
2.1. Advertising Integration
Partners agree to integrate promotional elements into their mini-apps, including but not limited to:
- Banners or dynamic widgets linking to @portalpointbot.
- In-app quests featuring GRABBER Keys or other PORTAL POINT elements.
- Rewarded actions where users are directed to interact with PORTAL POINT.
2.2. Portal Obligations
Portal commits to:
- Providing branded content kits and guidelines.
- Enabling deep links and invite codes for attribution.
- Offering TON-based revenue share per eligible user interaction.
3. Tracking and Attribution Mechanism
3.1. API & Referral Infrastructure
Portal will provide an API with the following capabilities:
- Referral link generation for each Partner with unique tracking ID.
- Event webhook callbacks, including:
- User registration and verification on @portalpointbot
- GRABBER Key acquisition (free or paid)
- In-game activity or quest completion
- NFT claim or drop redemption
3.2. Data Access
Partners will have access to a private dashboard (or API endpoint) showing:
- Unique referred users
- Valid interactions
- Eligible TON rewards (daily/weekly reports)
4. Economic Terms and Payouts
4.1. Revenue Share Model
Portal will pay TON-based rewards to Partners for qualifying actions by referred users. Example model:

- To verified TON wallet addresses provided by each Partner.
4.3. Anti-Fraud
Portal reserves the right to audit traffic and deny rewards for:
- Bot activity
- Fake or incentivized installs without retention
- Other non-compliant acquisition tactics
5. Technical Integration & Support
Portal will provide:
- API documentation
- Technical support via Telegram or email
- Optional code snippets (JS/TS or Python) for easy integration
Partner responsibilities:
- Implement deep links or buttons to @portalpointbot
- Capture and report referral events if relevant
6. Term and Termination
- This agreement remains in effect indefinitely unless terminated by either party with 7-day written notice.
- Portal may revise payout rates or mechanics at any time with reasonable advance notice.
7. Acceptance
By implementing the referral integration and using the tracking system, the Partner accepts the terms of this offer. A separate custom agreement may be signed to clarify conditions for large-scale partners.
